Be a great companion
Be respectful
Treat everyone with courtesy. Respect boundaries, and respect "no".
Be clear
Agree on plans, costs and responsibilities in writing before travelling.
Be reliable
Reply to requests, show up on time, and cancel early and kindly if plans change.
Don't
Things that aren't allowed
Harass or threaten
No abuse, stalking, hate speech or unwanted repeated contact.
Scam
No fake listings, bait pricing, deposit fraud or impersonation. Never send money to someone you haven't met.
Break others' rules
No unauthorised vehicle sharing, subletting, or anything a provider or property forbids.
Share private details
Don't post anyone's phone number, address, documents or location without permission.
What happens if rules are broken
In the app, reports will be reviewed and outcomes can include warnings, limits or removal, with a way to appeal through Contact. On this website, reports from signed-in members go to the UsGo! safety team, who can warn, suspend or ban accounts.
