1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of UsGo! (“UsGo!”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing the website or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and meet any other eligibility requirements communicated in the service.
2. Website content and your data
Listings and profiles shown on the website are real content; none are made up. Listings published by UsGo! are added only after review. Prices and availability must always be confirmed with the provider.
- You sign in with Google. UsGo!'s server verifies Google's sign-in and keeps your account record (see the Privacy Policy). Keep your Google account secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- Your account, verification request, safety reports, support requests and trips are stored on UsGo!'s server. Trips you publish are public, with your first name and photo; you're responsible for what they say, and the UsGo! team can hide any that break the rules. Join requests go to the host, and messages go only to the other traveller; staff can read a conversation only if someone reports it. Don't use messages to harass anyone, ask for money outside an agreed trip, or request ID documents. Other posts, connections and booking enquiries you create are still saved only in your browser for now and are not delivered to other members.
- A booking enquiry is not a reservation or a contract with any property.
- Verification required: joining or hosting trips, contacting travellers, connections, booking enquiries, shared stays and rentals, and your dashboard and profile require a verified profile. You must provide genuine documents. Submitting someone else's ID or a forged document leads to permanent removal. UsGo! may refuse or revoke verification.
- UsGo! staff review verification requests, reports and support requests. We may warn, suspend or ban accounts that break these Terms or the Community Guidelines, and we keep records of those decisions.
3. The service
UsGo! is intended to help travellers discover compatible companions, connect, create or join trips, coordinate eligible transport, accommodation and travel plans, and communicate. Features may change and may not be available in every country or release.
Some concepts, including AI itineraries, live-location sharing, notifications or payments, may be planned or dependent on third-party providers. A feature is available only when it is actually enabled in the current release. UsGo! doesn't itself book transport, accommodation or activities unless a specific supported booking flow clearly says otherwise.
4. Accounts and profiles
Provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You're responsible for activity on your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Don't impersonate anyone, create misleading profiles, bypass eligibility checks or use another person's account without permission.
5. User conduct
You agree not to harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, defraud or discriminate against others; publish unlawful or harmful content; share another person's private information without permission; use the service for spam or scams; scrape or disrupt the platform; attempt unauthorised access; or use the platform in violation of applicable law. See the Community Guidelines.
Use block and report controls where available. We may review reports and take proportionate action consistent with applicable law and our safety processes.
6. Trips, stays, rentals and shared costs
Users are responsible for evaluating travel companions, verifying arrangements, confirming bookings directly with providers, and agreeing clearly on costs, responsibilities, cancellation terms and meeting details. A listing or join request is not a confirmed booking unless expressly stated and confirmed.
Shared accommodation must be mutually agreed and comply with the property's rules. UsGo! never assigns people to rooms. Shared rentals must follow the provider's terms on named drivers, licences, pillions, deposits and liability. Sharing a cost doesn't entitle anyone to drive or ride.
UsGo! isn't a transport operator, accommodation provider, insurer or emergency service merely because users coordinate plans through the platform. Users must comply with local transport, accommodation, payment and other applicable laws.
7. Safety and verification
Take reasonable precautions when meeting someone, travelling with new people or sharing information. Meet in public places, tell a trusted person about your plans, and contact local emergency services (112 in India) if you're in immediate danger.
Any verification badge reflects only the checks actually performed. Verification, profiles, reviews or compatibility suggestions don't guarantee a person's identity, conduct, trustworthiness or safety. UsGo! can't eliminate all risks of meeting or travelling with others. Profile verification on UsGo! means the UsGo! team reviewed a photo of a government ID and a selfie that you sent. It doesn't confirm anyone's intentions or behaviour.
8. User content
You keep the rights you hold in content you submit. You grant UsGo! permission to host, store, reproduce and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and provide the features you choose, subject to your settings and our Privacy Policy. You must have the rights needed to submit content. Photos on this website are credited on the photo credits page.
9. Third-party services
The service may rely on third-party providers for maps, authentication, hosting, communications, verification or other capabilities. They may have separate terms and privacy practices. We aren't responsible for independent services to the extent permitted by law.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and service are provided “as available”. We don't promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, that every profile is genuine, or that any trip, match or recommendation will meet your expectations. Cost-sharing figures are illustrations, not guaranteed savings.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that can't legally be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by law, UsGo! isn't responsible for independent user conduct, travel decisions, third-party bookings or events outside our reasonable control.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected abuse, violations of these Terms, legal compliance or protection of users, subject to applicable law and any required notice or appeal process.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are subject to the governing law and dispute-resolution process the operator specifies after legal review: to be specified before launch.
