Before connecting with travellers, every member sends a photo of their ID and a selfie holding a one-time code, reviewed by the UsGo! team. Documents are deleted after review and never shown. See what a badge will mean in the Trust Centre.
Report users, trips, listings or messages. Block anyone. Try it on any traveller profile or trip page.
Optionally share your plan with a trusted contact and set check-ins. Never forced.
Off by default. Share with chosen people for a set time and stop in one tap.
Meet in public, tell someone your plan, keep control of your documents, money and transport.
Be wary of requests for advance money, pressure to move off-platform and suspicious links. Never pay someone you haven't met for a “booking”.
Profiles show your city, never your exact coordinates.
Phone numbers and email addresses are never displayed. Talk in-app first.
Choose whether you appear in discovery, whether your age shows and who can message you. Try them in Account Settings.
Download your data or reset it at any time from your dashboard or profile.
